Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During new product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $5.99 on all domestic orders within the United States.
Shipping rates are subject to change without notice.
Delivery Time
After your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Banks Beauty is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Banks Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
