Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or unopened cosmetic products.
All lip glosses, lip liners, lip oils, and other cosmetic products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Upon review, Banks Beauty may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement product or issue a refund for the affected item.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Banks Beauty is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be modified or canceled.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:

An item is unavailable and your order cannot be fulfilled.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
